Terms & Conditions
1. About these terms
These terms describe booking and attendance conditions for Oceanbeat Ibiza. Five Palm Entertainment S.L. is the company named in the existing website legal notice. The operator or supplier for the service you select must be identified in the offer and booking confirmation. For separately supplied venue tickets, the relevant venue conditions also apply, without excluding your statutory rights.
2. Your selected experience
Before paying, check the event, date, number of guests, departure location, check-in deadline, return arrangements, total price and included services. An afternoon party, sunset party and Formentera excursion have different programmes. Optional extras are included only if stated in your selected ticket.
The booking confirmation records your selected purchase. If you notice an error or do not receive a confirmation, contact us before travelling to the meeting point. Do not submit another payment without first checking the original booking.
3. Payments and tickets
Available payment methods, the amount due and any remaining balance are shown during booking. Keep the confirmation and use your booking number when contacting support.
Tickets are for the named booking or group and must not be resold. Contact support before requesting a name or date change. Availability and the conditions accepted at purchase determine whether a change can be arranged; a request is not confirmation of a change.
4. Check-in, identification and attendance
Bring your ticket confirmation and photo identification. Follow the meeting-point and check-in instructions for your specific departure. Do not rely on the address or timing from an old article or another product.
Boat parties and clubbing events are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Age rules for other excursions must be checked on the selected product. If booking for another person or a group, make sure all guests receive the relevant instructions. Any additional identity or payment verification must be communicated through the booking process.
5. Safety and the programme
Follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions. Admission or participation may be refused where necessary for safety, including unsafe behaviour or intoxication. Any financial consequences are assessed under the accepted booking conditions and applicable law rather than an automatic exclusion of all rights.
Swimming stops, routes and timing depend on weather, sea conditions, harbour operations and the captain’s safety assessment. Music programmes and individual artists may change. A change does not automatically remove statutory rights where a contracted service is materially affected.
6. Changes or cancellation by the guest
Contact us as soon as possible with your booking number and requested change or cancellation. The cancellation conditions supplied before purchase apply to your booking, subject to mandatory law. Fees must not be introduced retrospectively.
For leisure activities booked for a specific date or period, the statutory cooling-off right may be excluded under Article 103(l) of Spain’s consumer legislation. This is distinct from a right to a remedy when a contracted service is cancelled or not supplied.
7. Changes or cancellation by the organiser
If a departure is cancelled or materially changed, we will contact affected guests using the booking details and explain the available options. An alternative date or product is an option to consider, not automatic acceptance by the guest.
Where a refund is due, it must be assessed against the amount paid, the services supplied and the applicable contractual and statutory rights. Contact us for the case status. A refund request or an internal refund label is not evidence that money has reached your account. Do not assume additional travel costs are covered unless confirmed or required by law.
8. Voluntary satisfaction guarantee
The existing Oceanbeat boat-party guarantee provides the following conditions: notify a crew member within the first 20 minutes after departure if you wish to use the guarantee. Your wristband will be removed and access to the bar and upper dance-floor area withdrawn. You may remain in the designated lower-deck area until the boat returns, following crew instructions; no further food, drinks or included services may be consumed under the guarantee.
Under that stated guarantee, cash payments are refunded upon docking and online payments are processed within seven business days. Processing and the date your bank credits the payment are different stages. The voluntary guarantee ends after the first 20 minutes or if services continue to be used after wristband removal. It does not limit separate statutory rights.
9. Photos, video and privacy
Taking part in an event does not by itself grant unrestricted permission for every commercial use of an identifiable image. Information about photography and the applicable legal basis must be provided for the relevant use. Tell the crew if you do not want to be individually featured and contact us about an identifiable published image. See the Privacy Policy for data-rights contacts.
10. Responsibility and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. The responsibilities of Oceanbeat and separately supplying operators must be stated clearly for the booked service; outdated supplier names in archived material are not a substitute for that information.
For a complaint, contact info@oceanbeat.es with your booking number, event date and a brief description. Keep confirmations and relevant correspondence. These terms do not impose an exclusive court or dispute route that removes a consumer’s mandatory protections.
